REG ADD “HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System” /v EnableLUA /t REG_DWORD /d 0 /f

    In MS Windows Server 2008 R2 64 Bit the registry key is “EnableLUA” in this folder:

    Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

    Change the “1” to “0” to turn it off.
