16 Million Unused IPv4 Address

The UK Department for Work And Pensions (DWP) is sitting on a hoard of 16 million unused Internet IPv4 addresses, which could be worth as much as £600 million because they are in short supply, a petition says.   1. I have read the link. Older versions of Windows and Linux still do not support IPV6. So, we need not haste to move to IPV6 so soon.
